How to build long-lasting habits in 30 days

Rome was built in decades,

But it only took a day or two to bring it all down

It’s the same for habits- especially good ones

Building long-lasting progress in a positive habit is tough

However, only 1 or 2 days of slipping up

Can make all that progress fade away

If you are familiar with this experience

Then this email is for you

I want to show you 4 ways that will help you

Keep and maintain positive habits for the long term

I call these the 4 pillars of maintaining habits :

  1. Don’t skip 2 days in a row

Take control of your procrastination urges.

We are humans and taking a “break” from a habit is pretty normal.

However, our mind and body will gladly replace one habit (positive one) for another “more comfortable one” (negative habit).

So if you skip a session of going to the gym

Make sure you show up for the next.

  1. Be consistent

Building on a habit on the daily, even if you don’t see results, is the pure meaning of consistency

One way of being consistent is by planning ahead

That way you have a clear goal and purpose in mind.

  1. Don’t be hard on yourself

Progress takes time especially lasting ones

Be kind to yourself and believe that you will eventually achieve the goal you want

  1. Use my Positive Habits Guide

If you want to start on a positive habit but don’t know how

Or don’t know which positive habits to start on
