I came up with a novel tradition for this month

Specifically for any health and productivity lover out there

it’s called “Movember” (from November)

You probably never heard of this before

That’s because It’s an original tradition I came up with

As someone who’s into productivity

I sometimes end up working long, endless hours without a breather

Movember will allow me to declutter my fatigue, while also enjoying nature

Movember is for any productive person or student

It’s a way of adding healthy rest and movement into your productivity schedule

Here is the bucket list for my first-ever Movember that you can use

- take a 1hr walk every day.

- go for a hike every weekend.

- hit the gym regularly

- play a random physical sport
