Why your journaling feels like a chore (and how to fix it)
I’ve been journaling since 2020. In the beginning, I’ll be honest: I hated it. I saw it as a chore; just another box to tick off every day. I thought I had to follow a specific "morning routine" to be successful. But that rigid approach didn't give me clarity. It just gave me more work. Everything changed when I switched to a "chill" approach. I stopped forcing it. I started journaling whenever I felt like it.
